    Cook the Pasta

    1. In a saucepan, combine the water, salt, oil, and pasta. Give it a good stir and heat through.

    1. Sauté just al firm, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Vegetables

    1. In a huge frying pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. After adding, sauté the onions for one minute.

    1. Add the carrots, capsicum, and sweetcorn. Sauté for 2 minutes.

    1. Season with salt, mixed herbs, and chili flakes. Sauté on high heat for another minute. Remove from heat.

    Prepare the Pink Sauce

    1. In the same frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

    1. Add the maida and sauté for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Stir in the milk gradually until thoroughly blended.

    1. Stir in thyme, pasta sauce, and schezwan sauce. Cook until fragrant.

    Combine

    1. Add the sautéed vegetables and cooked pasta to the pink sauce. Mix well.
