  1. Place the egg in a pot, fill it with water, and bring it to a boil. After the boil, allow to cook until 7 minutes.

  1. After boiling, remove the pot from the heat and let the egg sit in the hot water for an additional 4 minutes. Once ready, peel the egg and set it aside.

  1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.

  1. Add 120 grams of pork to the pot and stir-fry until the pork is browned. Add 60 grams of chopped kimchi to the pork and stir well.

  1. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chicken powder and pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix everything well, ensuring it doesn’t burn.

  1. In a bowl, place 120 grams of cooked rice. Top the rice with the pork and kimchi mixture.

  1. Add the boiled egg (you can cut it in half if desired).

  1. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Enjoy your flavorful rice bowl.
