    • 400 grams Chicken fillet
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon Curry powder
    • 1 teaspoon Mustard
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
    • 2 Small onions thinly sliced
    • 500 grams Potatoes thinly sliced
    • Tomatoes thinly sliced
    • Italian herbs
    • Olive oil
    • 70 grams Cheese
    • Fresh herbs like dill (optional)
    Instructions
    1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.

    2. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, curry powder, mustard, and vegetable oil. Mix well and set aside.

    3. Place the sliced potatoes in the parchment paper molds, season with salt and pepper.

    4. Add the marinated chicken on top of the potatoes, followed by the sliced onions and tomatoes.
