Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup Basmati rice
  • 1 tsp Italian mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Pinches himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Large avocado
  • 1/4 cup Mixed bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp Thin sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup Boiled carrot
  • 5-6 Cherry tomatoes
  • Onion ((quantity unspecified))
  • Green chili ((Optional))
  • 1 cup Kidney beans
  • 1/4 cup Boiled corn
  • Spring mix
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Cook 1 1/2 cups of Basmati Rice according to package instructions

  2. In a small bowl, mix Italian Mixed Herbs, Lemon Juice, Himalayan Pink Salt, Mustard Paste, and Olive Oil to create a dressing

  3. Dice the Large Avocado and chop the Mixed Bell Pepper, Thin Sliced Celery, Boiled Carrot, and Cherry Tomatoes

  4. Include chopped Onion and Green Chili if desired

  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked Basmati Rice, diced Avocado, chopped vegetables, Kidney Beans, and Boiled Corn

  6. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine

  7. Add salt and black pepper to taste

  8. Serve the salad over a bed of Spring Mix

  9. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious salad
