  1. In a large bowl, crack 4 eggs and beat them lightly. Next, add 200 grams of sour cream and mix everything together by hand.

  1. Incorporate desired amount of green onions and chopped tomatoes into the egg and cream mixture. Stir well with your hands to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  1. Take 600 grams of potatoes, peel them and cut them into small cubes. Put the chopped potatoes. Then distribute it evenly on the baking tray.

  1. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and red pepper on the potatoes. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over the seasoned potatoes.

  1. Bake the seasoned potatoes in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crisp.

  1. Remove the potatoes from the oven once they are done. Cut the hunting sausages into bite-sized pieces and arrange them evenly over the potatoes.

  1. Pour the prepared egg and cream mixture over the potatoes and sausages. Make sure it covers the entire tray.

  1. Sprinkle 100 grams of mozzarella cheese over the mixture.

  1. Return the tray to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and is golden brown.

  1. A delicious plate of eggs, creamy potatoes, sausage and sticky mozzarella.
