Incorporate desired amount of green onions and chopped tomatoes into the egg and cream mixture. Stir well with your hands to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Take 600 grams of potatoes, peel them and cut them into small cubes. Put the chopped potatoes. Then distribute it evenly on the baking tray.
