    Ingredients
    • 750 ml Milk
    • 22 grams Gelatin powder
    • 1/2 ml Water
    • 1 Ripe banana
    • 100 grams Biscuits (cookies)
    • 60 grams Sugar
    • 25 grams Cocoa powder
    • Chocolate sauce (for garnish)
    Instructions
    1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat, being careful not to boil it.

    2. Dissolve the gelatin powder in 1/2 cup of water in a separate saucepan. Stir well until fully dissolved.

    3. In a blender, combine the banana, biscuits, sugar, and warm milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    4. Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender with the banana mixture and blend again.

    5. Pour half of the banana mixture into a greased mold or pan. To set, let it sit in the fridge for approximately half an hour.

    6. In a clean blender, mix the remaining banana mixture with the cocoa powder until smooth.

    7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the chilled banana layer in the mold.

    8. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.

    9. Top with a dusting of cocoa powder or a little bit of chocolate sauce.
