    Ingredients
      For the Vegetable Mix
    • 300 grams Broccoli
    • 300 grams Cauliflower
    • 1 Onion
    • 200 grams Raw mushrooms
    • 1 Raw sweet paprika
    • 4 Chicken eggs
    • A bunch of green onions
    • 150 grams Hard parmesan cheese
    • A little vegetable oil
    • Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
    • Ingredients for the sauce
    • 60 grams Sour cream
    • 40 grams Mayonnaise
    • 3 Cloves garlic
    • 1 Cucumber
    • A bunch of dill
    • A little vegetable oil
    • Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
    Instructions
      For the Vegetable Mix
    1. In a pot, add 300 grams of cauliflower and enough water to cover them.

    2. Add a pinch of salt and cook for 10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

    3. In a separate pot, add 300 grams of broccoli. Add enough water to cover, along with a pinch of salt. Cook for 10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

    4. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

    5. When the onion is diced, add it and stir until it turns translucent.

    6. Add the 200 grams of mushrooms and stir until they begin to soften.

    7. Add the chopped red bell pepper, broccoli, and cauliflower. Toss to thoroughly mix in all the veggies.

    8. In a bowl, crack the 4 eggs. Add a pinch of salt and your preferred spice mix. Stir well to combine.

    9. On the veggies in the cooking pan, add the egg mix. Sprinkle the green onions on top and then add the 150 grams of Parmesan cheese.

    10. Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.

    11. Make the Sauce
    12. In a small bowl, combine 60 grams of sour cream and 40 grams of mayonnaise.
    13. Add your preferred spice mix, chopped cucumber, and minced garlic.
    14. Stir everything together until well combined.
    15. Serve the cooked vegetable mix (cauliflower, mushrooms, and broccoli) on a plate. Top with the prepared sauce.
