Ingredients
    Cheese Soup
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cup Boiling water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (Your preferred type)
  • Garlic Bread
  • 4 Slices of white bread
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions
    Cheese Soup
  1. In a pot over medium heat, add the diced onion, chopped carrots, and diced potatoes

  2. Pour in the boiling water and sprinkle in the salt. Stir everything together

  3. Allow the mixture to boil for around 15 minutes or until the veggies are soft

  4. Once the vegetables are cooked, use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the mixture until smooth. Be careful when blending hot liquids

  5. Return the pot to the stove over low heat and add the milk. Stir well to combine

  6. Gradually add the shredded cheese, stirring continuously until it melts and the soup becomes smooth and creamy

  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed

  8. Garlic Bread
  9. Preheat a pan over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil equally on one side of each bread piece.

  10. Place the bread slices in the pan, oil-side down. Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the top of the bread slices

  11. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom side is golden and crispy

  12. Flip the bread slices and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is also golden and crispy

  13. Remove the garlic bread from the pan and serve it alongside the Cheese Soup
