    Chicken Broccoli Soup is a comforting and nutritious dish that combines the flavors of tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and a variety of other ingredients to create a hearty meal the combination of chicken, broccoli, and other vegetables provides a comforting and satisfying meal.

    Ingredients
    • 1 tablespoons Olive oil
    • 1 tablespoons Butter
    • 1 Onion chopped
    • 2 Carrots grated
    • 1 pound Chicken breasts
    • 2 Cloves garlic minced
    • 2 liter Boiling water
    • 140 grams Barley
    • 1 cup Broccoli sprouts
    • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh dill
    Instructions
    1. High the butter and olive oil in a big pot over medium-high heat.

    2. Add chopped onion and grated carrot, cook until tender.

    3. Add chicken cubes and minced garlic, cook until chicken is cooked through.

    4. Pour boiling water and add barley. Cook til the barley is soft, about 10 minutes.

    5. Add broccoli sprouts and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

    6. Add cream cheese, stir until melted and well combined.

    7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and top with fresh dill.

    8. Serve hot enjoy this delicious and comforting chicken and barley soup.
