    Description

    Chicken Malai Tikka is a rich, creamy and delicious dish that has stood the test of time to become a beloved dish the world over, highlighting its cultural and culinary significance whether cooked traditionally in a tandoor or adapted for modern kitchens, chicken malai tikka remains a testament to the cuisine’s rich heritage.

    Ingredients
    • 4 tablespoons Curd
    • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
    • 5 tablespoons Fresh cream
    • 2 tablespoons Ginger garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon White pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
    • 1/2 teaspoon Grated nutmeg
    • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Ground green pepper
    • 1 tablespoons Lemon juice
    • 500 grams Boneless chicken breasts
    • 2 tablespoons Oil
    • Ghee (for cooking)
    • Wooden skewers
    Instructions
    1. In a bowl, add the curd, cream cheese, fresh cream, ginger garlic paste, white pepper, garam masala, grated nutmeg, salt, ground green pepper, and lemon juice.

    2. Mix all the ingredients well to form a smooth marinade. Add the chicken parts to the marinated and check they are completely covered.

    3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken for at least 2 hours to let it marinate.

    4. After 2 hours, take the wooden skewers (which have been soaked in water for 30 minutes) and thread the marinated chicken pieces onto them.

    5. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the skewered chicken on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.

    6. Brush the chicken with ghee for added flavor while cooking. Enjoy your delicious marinated chicken skewers.
