Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Penne pasta
  • 2 Chicken breasts chopped
  • 1 Onion peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil for the pasta.

  2. Put the olive oil in a different pan and sauté the chopped onion till it becomes transparent.

  3. Add the chopped chicken breasts and cook until browned.

  4. Stir in the garlic, black pepper, turmeric, and thyme powder.

  5. Once the water is boiling, add the penne pasta, salt, and a little oil. Cooked until al firm, about 12 minutes.

  6. Add the tomato paste to the chicken mixture and let it fry for a few minutes.

  7. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the chicken mixture. Mix well.

  8. Serve the Penne Pasta with Chicken hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
