    • 1/2 Red bell pepper
    • 1/2 Green bell pepper
    • 1 Sprig of broccoli
    • 1/2 Yellow onion
    • 2 Green onions
    • Teriyaki Sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
    • 1 tablespoons Sesame oil
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
    • 1/2 tablespoons Chili flakes
    • 1 teaspoon Sugar
    • Black pepper to taste
    • For Cooking
    • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
    • 1/2 cup Thinly sliced chicken breast
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tablespoons Minced garlic
    • 1 tablespoons Minced ginger
    • 1 tablespoons Cornstarch
    Instructions
    1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, chili flakes, sugar, and black pepper. Once well blended, stir and set away.

    2. Two tablespoons of olive oil are heated over a simmer in a skillet. Add the thinly sliced chicken, season with salt, and cook until browned. Take out and place aside in the stove.

    3. Add the garlic and ginger, freshly chopped, to the very same skillet. Simmer for 30 seconds or so, or until aromatic.

    4. Then, add the green bell pepper and cook for 1 minute, followed by the red bell pepper for another 1 minute.

    5. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute, then toss in the yellow onion and cook for just 2 seconds to keep its crunch.

    6. Return the cooked chicken in a stove along with the veggies. Pour in the prepared teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the ingredients evenly.

    7. If you'd like to thicken the sauce, mix a little cornstarch with water and add to the skillet.

    8. Add the chopped green onions and stir everything together. Cook for another minute until everything is well combined and heated through.

    9. Serve your stir-fried chicken with steamed rice or noodles.
