Ingredients
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 150 g Butter
  • 370 g Flour
  • 380 g Condensed milk (sweet)
  • 140 g Dark chocolate
  • 40 g White chocolate
Instructions
  1. Take a deep bowl and combine the sugar and sour cream. Mix them well until the sugar dissolves in the sour cream

  2. Place a small pot on the stove and add the butter. Stir the butter over low heat until it melts completely

  3. Carefully pour the melted butter into the bowl with the sugar and sour cream mixture. Stir continuously until you achieve a homogeneous consistency

  4. Sift the flour (about 370 grams) and gradually add it to the bowl. Mix gently until a nice dough forms. You can use your hand to ensure everything is well combined

  5. Pass the dough through a meat grinder and spread it evenly on a baking paper-lined baking tray

  6. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the dough for approximately 20 minutes

  7. Allow the baked dough to cool slightly, then break it into crumbs

  8. Add the sweetened condensed milk (380 grams) to the crumbled dough and mix well with a spoon

  9. Place the mixture in muffin tins and refrigerate for about 30 minutes

  10. For decoration, melt the dark chocolate (140 grams) and white chocolate (40 grams)

  11. You can do this by placing the chocolate in a bag and submerging it in hot water for a few minutes. This will make it easier to decorate the cakes

  12. Once the chocolate is melted, take the cakes out of the refrigerator and decorate them as you desire using the melted chocolate

  13. And there you have it! Enjoy your homemade chocolate cakes
