  • 4 Eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150 grams Sugar
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 grams Melted butter
  • 220 grams Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder

  • For the Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 100 grams Chocolate
  • 60 grams Butter
  • Additional
  • Butter for greasing the baking dish
  • 200 grams Biscuits
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) and grease a baking dish with butter.

  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt using an electric mixer until fluffy.

  3. Gradually add the sugar, milk, and melted butter while continuing to mix.

  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.

  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven.

  6. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, flour, and cocoa powder. Mix the ingredients on medium heat while it becomes thick.

  7. Add the chocolate and butter to the saucepan, stirring until melted and smooth. Cover the saucepan with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.
