Coconut Lime Fish Soup is a versatile and delicious dish that combines a variety of flavors and textures the use of coconut milk and lime creates a unique balance of richness and tanginess, while the addition of fresh vegetables and herbs enhances its nutritional value and visual appeal.

Ingredients
  • 500 grams Sea bass fillet
  • 1 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 3 Cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Inch ginger sliced
  • 3 Red chilies sliced
  • 2 cup Coconut milk
  • 3 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 pieces Lime (zest and juice)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  1. On a big pot, boil the oil over a low flame. Add the garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook until fragrant.

  2. Pour in the chicken broth and coconut milk. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, lemon zest, and red chilies. For roughly seven minutes, boil with a lid on.

  4. Add ocean bass pieces gradually and boil for around five minutes, or until the fish is cooked fully.

  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and lemon juice. Take caution not to boil the fish too much.

  6. Turn down the flames and serve the fish when it's done.

  7. Garnish with additional cilantro and lemon. Enjoy your sea bass coconut curry.
