Ingredients
    For Coffee Agar
  • 500 ml Water
  • 4 g Ground agar
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 10 Instant coffee
  • For Milk Agar
  • 600 g Milk
  • 5 g Agar powder
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 40 g Condensed milk
  • Additional
  • 15 cm Mold
  • 1 Glass (to create a cavity in the center)
  • Cold container for remaining milk agar
Instructions
    Preparing Coffee Agar
  1. In a saucepan, mix 500 ml of water with 4 grams of ground agar. Give it ten or so minutes to sit

  2. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat

  3. Once boiling, add 70 grams of sugar and 10 grams of instant coffee. Reduce the heat and cook for another 3 minutes

  4. Preparing Milk Agar
  5. In a separate saucepan, mix 600 grams of milk with 5 grams of agar powder. Give it five minutes or less to settle

  6. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat

  7. Once boiling, add 60 grams of sugar and 40 grams of condensed milk. Reduce the heat and cook for another 3 minutes

  8. Assembling the Cake
  9. Grease the 15 cm mold and place a glass in the center to create a cavity

  10. Pour 140 grams of coffee agar into the mold and wait for about 5 minutes to partially set

  11. Follow with 140 grams of milk agar and wait for another 5 minutes

  12. Repeat the process, alternating between coffee and milk agar layers until the mold is filled

  13. Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least two hours until the agar sets

  14. Final Steps
  15. Once the agar is set, remove the glass from the center. Run a knife along the sides of the mold to loosen the agar

  16. Place a plate on top of the mold and invert it to remove the agar cake Pour the remaining milk agar into a cold container and allow it to harden in the refrigerator

  17. Once set, cut the additional milk agar into desired shapes and place them inside the agar cake as decoration or additional layer
