Ingredients
  • 350 grams Chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1.5 liters Water
  • 300 grams Carrots, finely chopped
  • 300 grams Kale, chopped
  • 120 grams Leeks, cut into round shapes
  • 1 Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 dl Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 0.5 tablespoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a pot over medium heat, add the water and chicken cubes. Allow them to cook for about 10 minutes, skimming off any foam that forms on the surface.

  2. Add the finely chopped carrots, kale, and leeks to the pot. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  3. While the soup is simmering, prepare the cream mixture. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure all the flavors are evenly mixed.

  4. Once the vegetables are tender, add the cream mixture to the soup. Stir gently to incorporate the cream into the soup.
