Ingredients
  • 400 grams Potatoes
  • 6 Pickled cucumbers
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoons Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. In a pot, boil the potatoes in 400 grams of water for about 20 minutes, or until they are tender.

  2. Drain the potatoes and mash them well in a bowl.

  3. Chop the pickled cucumbers into small pieces and add them to the mashed potatoes.

  4. Add the mayonnaise, red pepper, black pepper, thyme, salt, and lemon juice to the bowl.
