Ingredients
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 grams Mozzarella cheese, diced
  • Parsley (Salsinha), to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (Pepper of the kingdom), to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • 50 grams Green corn cooked or canned
  • 50 grams Pickles chopped
  • 120 grams Heavy cream (Cream from milk)
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, diced mozzarella, green corn, and chopped pickles.

  2. Season: Add parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure even seasoning.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
