Ingredients
  • 850 grams Yogurt
  • 150 grams Creamy milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoons Flour
  • 100 grams Rice
  • 1 liter Water
  • 50 grams Butter
  • Coriander and herbs for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, combine the yogurt, creamy milk, egg, salt, flour, and rice. Toss to thoroughly mix across the ingredients.

  2. Add 1 liter of water to the pot and adjust the amount to your desired consistency.

  3. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is fully cooked and the soup has thickened.

  4. Once the soup is cooked, add the butter and stir until melted.

  5. Serve the yogurt and rice soup in bowls and garnish with fresh coriander and herbs.

  6. Finish by drizzling each bowl with a tablespoon of olive oil before serving.
