    Ingredients
      For the Chicken
    • 2 Chicken breasts sliced thinly
    • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoons Sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
    • 1 tablespoons Cornstarch
    • For the Sauce
    • 1 tablespoons Soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoons Dark soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
    • 1 tablespoons Rice vinegar
    • 1 tablespoons Sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoons Sugar
    • 1 tablespoons Cornstarch
    Instructions
    1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts with soy sauce, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch. Blend carefully and put away for marinades for 15-20 minutes.

    2. In another bowl, mix together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and cornstarch to make the sauce. Set aside.

    3. Heat some cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and fry until cooked through.Add a little extra oil to the same pan if necessary.
