    Ingredients
    • 300 grams Cauliflower cut into small pieces
    • ½ Red pepper thinly sliced
    • 4 Eggs
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh chives, chopped
    • Olive oil
    • 2 Garlic cloves minced
    Instructions
    1. Boil the cauliflower slices in a pot with enough water to cover them. Season with salt and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
