    Description

    Easy Cheesecake recipe is perfect for any occasion and is sure to impress your friends and family with its creamy texture and delicious flavor a simple recipe that gives you a rich, creamy cheesecake without the need for a water bath preparing a delicious cheesecake doesn't have to be complicated.

    Ingredients
    • 250 grams Cookies (such as digestive or graham crackers)
    • 80 grams Melted butter
    • 500 grams Cream cheese
    • 40 grams Powdered sugar
    • 180 grams Boiled condensed milk
    • 200 grams Melted boiled condensed milk (for topping)
    • Additional cookies for decoration
    Instructions
    1. Crush the cookies in a mixer until they form fine crumbs.

    2. Place the crushed cookies in a large bowl and mix in the melted butter until well combined.

    3. Press the cookie mixture into a 18 cm x 18 cm heart-shaped mold to form the crust. Press it firmly and evenly.

    4. Place the crust in the freezer to set while you prepare the filling. Whip the cream cheese to soft in a another bowl.

    5. Add the powdered sugar and boiled condensed milk to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.

    6. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the chilled cookie crust and spread it evenly.

    7. Return the cheesecake to the freezer to set for a few hours.

    8. Once the cheesecake is set, drizzle the melted boiled condensed milk on top for a glossy finish.

    9. The cheesecake should be chilled in the fridge until it's time to serve.

    10. Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the mold and decorate with additional cookies if desired.
