  • 1 Egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 600 grams Chicken thighs cut into slices
  • Olive oil
  • 1/3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
  • Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk the egg and then add salt, black pepper, cornstarch, and baking powder. Mix well.

  2. Add the chicken slices to the egg mixture and ensure they are coated evenly.

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken slices for about 10 minutes on medium heat until they are golden and cooked through.

  4. Warm the butter in a different skillet and then add the chopped garlic. Cook just aromatic, about thirty seconds.

  5. Add soy sauce and honey to the garlic mixture. Stir for 20 seconds and then reduce the heat.

  6. To ensure the chicken is equally coated, add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce and toss thoroughly.

  7. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the chicken. While helping, garnish some freshly cut parsley.
