    Ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon Butter
    • 1/2 cup Almonds
    • 1/2 cup Cashews
    • 1/2 cup Pistachios
    • 1/2 cup Walnuts
    • 150 grams Dates
    • 2 tablespoons Rose petal jam
    • 1 tablespoons Rose water
    • 100 grams White chocolate
    Instructions
    1. Stir the butter is a large saute pan over an even boil.

    2. Add the almonds and cashews and toast for 3 minutes.

    3. Add the pistachios and walnuts and toast for another minute. Turn off the heat and let it to cool.

    4. Pulse the nut mixture in a food processor until finely chopped.

    5. Remove the seeds from the dates and blend them in a blender until smooth.

    6. Add the rose petal jam and rose water to the date paste and mix well.

    7. Combine the nut mixture with the date paste and mix until well combined.

    8. After forming the dough into tiny balls, lay it aside. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.

    9. Mix in some chopped pistachios and cashews into the melted chocolate.

    10. Roll the nut balls in the chocolate mixture until coated. Place the chocolate-covered nut balls in the fridge to set. Enjoy your delicious chocolate nut balls.
