Ingredients
  • Butter for greasing the mold
  • 1 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 130 grams Flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa powder
  • 8 grams Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 6 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • Shredded coconut for decoration
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

  2. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle the sugar over the bottom.

  3. Arrange the sliced bananas on the bottom of the mold.

  4. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, 50 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

  5. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the bowl and mix well.

  6. Pour in the milk and vegetable oil, and stir until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter over the bananas in the mold.

  7. The one you put into the cake should come out clean after about 30 minutes of baking in the hot oven.

  8. Allow the cake to cool after baking before taking it out of the shape.

  9. Decorate the cake with shredded coconut for a lovely finishing touch. Enjoy your scrumptious banana chocolate cake.
