Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs (separated whites from yolks)
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • Sunflower oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, vanilla extract, flour, and baking powder until well combined.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and sugar until creamy.

  3. Whisk the yolk-part mixture to the egg white mixture slowly.

  4. Into a pan, warm up some sunflower oil on a low flame.

  5. Pour a portion of the pancake mixture into the hot pan.

  6. Top the pan with a lid after adding a small amount of water.

  7. Turn the pancake over and cook the other side after the first side is done.
