  • 700 grams Chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • For the Parmesan Butter Sauce
  • 80 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
