  • Cucumber, chopped
  • Avocado, chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • Boiled eggs, cut into cubes
Instructions
  1. Start by seasoning the boneless chicken. In a bowl, mix black pepper, salt, minced garlic, minced ginger, olive oil and two teaspoons of lemon juice. Mix well

  2. Place the chicken in the marinade, making sure to cover it on both sides. Cover the bowl and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour until the flavors blend
