In a pot over medium heat, combine the berries, currants, red currants, blueberries, and stevia. Allow them to steam over medium heat until the berries release their juices.
Once the berries have juiced, drain them and arrange them in a bowl. Set it aside for now.
In a separate bowl, combine the water and gelatin. Let the gelatin dissolve for about 5 minutes.
