Ingredients
  • 100 grams Berries
  • 100 grams Currants
  • 100 grams Red currants (feel free to use any local berries available)
  • 100 grams Blueberries
  • 30 grams Stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 50 ml Water
  • 10 grams Gelatin
  • 700 grams Yogurt (divided into two portions)
Instructions
  1. In a pot over medium heat, combine the berries, currants, red currants, blueberries, and stevia. Allow them to steam over medium heat until the berries release their juices.

  2. Once the berries have juiced, drain them and arrange them in a bowl. Set it aside for now.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the water and gelatin. Let the gelatin dissolve for about 5 minutes.

  4. Place the gelatin mixture on low heat and stir until it completely dissolves. Once dissolved, pour it into the bowl with the berries.

  5. Add 350 grams of yogurt to the berry and gelatin mixture. Mix everything together well.

  6. Next, add the remaining 350 grams of yogurt and stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined.

  7. Pour the ice cream mixture into heart-shaped molds or any mold of your choice. If you don't have molds, you can use a regular container.

  8. Cover the molds or container with aluminum foil, making sure to leave an opening. Insert a stick or popsicle stick through the opening and into the mixture.

  9. Place the molds or container in the refrigerator and let the ice cream set for about 3 hours.

  10. When you're ready to serve the ice cream, briefly soak the molds in hot water for 10 seconds. This will help loosen the ice cream for easy removal.
