    Ingredients
    • 500 grams Pork thinly sliced
    • Salt to taste
    • Ground black pepper to taste
    • Paprika to taste
    • Garlic powder to taste
    • Sunflower oil
    • 2 tablespoons Butter
    • 3 Cloves garlic minced
    • 3 tablespoons Vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
    • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
    • Chives for garnish
    Instructions
    1. In a bowl, season the pork slices with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the pork is evenly coated with the seasoning.

    2. In a large skillet or wok, heat some sunflower oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Scrape the meat from the skillet and put back.

    3. Put the butter in a separate skillet over a low flame, then add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.

    4. Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and honey to the skillet. After giving everything a good stir, reduce the heat to a simmer.

    5. Return the cooked pork slices to the skillet and toss to coat them in the honey garlic sauce. To enable the flavors to mix together, cook for a further two to three minutes.
