    Honey soy chicken with mushrooms is a delightful dish that combines the sweetness of honey with the savory taste of soy sauce, complemented by the earthy flavors of mushrooms this dish is versatile and can be served with various sides such as rice, noodles, or quinoa.

    Ingredients
      Chicken
    • 3 Chicken thighs butterflied
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 2 teaspoon Paprika
    • Black pepper to taste
    • Filling
    • 2 Cloves garlic minced
    • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
    • 1 Onion chopped
    • 250 grams Mushrooms chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
    • 120 grams Grated cheese
    • Sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Honey
    • 1 teaspoon Sweet chili sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
    • Others
    • Fresh parsley chopped
    • Butter for frying
    Instructions
    1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees celsius.

    2. In a bowl, mix together salt, paprika, black pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil to make a marinade.

    3. Rub the marinade all over the butterflied chicken thighs and let them marinate for 15 minutes.

    4. In a pan, melt some butter and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

    5. Add the chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper, and dried thyme to the pan. Cook until the mushrooms are soft.

    6. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the grated cheese and chopped parsley until well combined.

    7. Place a portion of the mushroom and cheese mixture in the center of each chicken thigh and roll them up.

    8. Place the stuffed chicken thighs in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

    9. Baked for 20 minutes in an oven that has been preheated.

    10. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, and turmeric to make a glaze.

    11. After 20 minutes, brush the chicken rolls with the glaze and bake for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
