    The Lemon Mojito is a refreshing cocktail that combines the refreshing flavor of lemon with the mint of mint this drink is a variation on the classic Cuban mojito, which traditionally includes rum, lime, mint, sugar and soda water, making it a perfect choice.

    Ingredients
    • 1/2 Lemon
    • 8 Fresh mint leaves
    • 1 tablespoons Sugar
    • 3 Ice cubes
    • Soda water
    Instructions
    1. Fill a cup with the juice of half a lemon.

    2. Add the fresh mint leaves and a tablespoon of sugar.

    3. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently mash the ingredients together to release the flavors of the mint and blend them with the lemon juice and sugar.

    4. Drop in 3 ice cubes to chill the mixture.

    5. Squeeze the juice from the remaining half of the lemon into the cup.

    6. Finally, top it off with soda water to your liking and give it a good stir.
