Description

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Small mushrooms
  • 4 Cloves of garlic minced
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons Coriander
  • 1 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 Red onion thinly sliced
  • Dill for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a pot, combine the small mushrooms, minced garlic, bay leaves, black pepper, coriander, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and water.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring. After lowering the heat to medium, simmer for approximately five minutes, stirring now and again.

  3. Turn from the heat and leave the contents in the pot to cool down. Once cooled, add the thinly sliced red onion and mix well.

  4. To let the flavors combine, move the marinated mushrooms to a container and place them in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

  5. Serve the marinated mushrooms garnished with fresh dill.
