Ingredients
  • 50 grams Aloe vera gel powder
  • 100 ml Hot water
  • 100 ml Cold water
  • 250 grams Melon (cubed)
  • 1 tablespoons Sugar (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. Add 50 grams of aloe vera gel powder into a bowl.

  2. Pour 50 ml of hot water over the gel powder and stir well until completely dissolved.

  3. Add 100 ml of cold waterAdd to the blend and mix.

  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it set for 2 hours.

  5. Once the jelly has set, cut it into small cubes and place them in a serving bowl.

  6. In a blender, combine 200 grams of watermelon and blend until smooth.

  7. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the watermelon juice and mix well.

  8. Pour the watermelon juice over the aloe vera jelly in the serving bowl.

  9. Cut 50 grams of cantaloupe into small pieces and add them to the bowl.

  10. Serve the Aloe Vera and Melon Jelly chilled and enjoy its refreshing taste.
