Ingredients
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 -Inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 6 Lemons
  • 2 Lemon leaves
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 cup Cold water
  • 50 g Honey
Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the lemon in half and extracting the lemon juice. Set the juice aside for now

  2. In a blender, mix the mint leaves, ginger pieces, sugar, salt and cold water. Combine all ingredients until a smooth consistency is achieved

  3. Once the mixture is blended, strain it through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any solids and obtain a smooth juice

  4. Now, add fresh lemon juice to the strained mixture and stir well

  5. To sweeten the lemonade, add the honey and mix until fully incorporated

  6. Finally, the juice is poured into glasses filled with ice and lemon leaves and served cold
