Ingredients
  • 200 grams Mushrooms
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 140 grams Cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper mixture
  • Thyme (to taste)
  • Olive oil (for boiling pasta)
  • Your favorite pasta (amount as desired)
  • 140 grams Spinach
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In an oven tray, place the mushrooms, chopped onion, and sprinkle them with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Generously drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the mixture and give it a good stir.

  3. Peel and crush the garlic cloves, then add them to the tray. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle the pepper mixture and a pinch of thyme over the top.

  4. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is nicely melted and slightly golden.

  5. While the tray is in the oven, boil your favorite pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and toss it with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.

  6. Once you remove the tray from the oven, immediately add the spinach to the hot mixture and give it a good stir, allowing the spinach to wilt slightly.

  7. Finally, add the prepared pasta to the tray and mix everything together until well combined.
