    • 1 kg Chicken thighs
    • 100 ml Olive oil
    • 1 Lemon squeezed
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes
    • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Thyme
    • 1 Onion peeled and quartered
    • 4 Potatoes cut into large chunks
    • 2 Carrots cut into thick slices
    • 1 Beetroot peeled and chopped
    • Fresh parsley for garnish
    Instructions
    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
