    Ingredients
      For the Chicken Patties
    • 2 Chicken breasts (ground)
    • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
    • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
    • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
    • Oil for frying
    • For the Dipping Sauce
    • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup Ketchup
    • 1 tablespoons Thai green pepper sauce
    • 1 tablespoons Dried dill
    • Salt to taste
    Instructions
    1. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and grind them using a food processor or grinder.

    2. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken with flour, starch, salt, black pepper, red pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

    3. Lay out a sheet of cellophane or plastic wrap and evenly distribute the chicken mixture on it, pressing it down to about 0.5 cm (half a centimeter) thick.

    4. Place the wrapped mixture in the freezer for about an hour to firm it up.

    5. After an hour, remove the mixture from the freezer and cut it into the desired size for your patties.

    6. In a frying pan, fire the oil on moderately low heat. Fry the patties in the hot oil, ensuring they cook evenly and turn golden brown on both sides.

    7. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Thai green pepper sauce, dill, and a pinch of salt to taste.

    8. Serve the crispy chicken patties with the dipping sauce on the side.
