  1. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger and 1 tablespoon of chopped green chili. Stir for a minute.

  1. Next, add one chopped onion and continue stirring over high heat until the onion becomes translucent.

  1. Now add finely chopped carrot, finely chopped pepper, 6 finely chopped kidney beans and 2 tablespoons of fried corn. Continue stirring over high heat.

  1. Increase the heat to very high and add 1/2 cup of chopped cabbage. Mix well.

  1. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon herb mixture, and 1/2 tablespoon salt. Continue frying on high heat.

  1. Pour 6 cups of hot water and leave the soup until it boils. Leave it to boil on low heat for 5 minutes.
