    Ingredients
      For the Pasta
    • 2 cup Water
    • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Oil
    • 1 cup Pasta
    • For the Vegetables
    • 2 tablespoons Butter
    • 3 tablespoons Onions chopped
    • 3 tablespoons Carrots diced
    • 3 tablespoons Capsicum diced
    • 3 tablespoons Sweetcorn
    • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon Mixed herbs
    • 1/4 teaspoon Chili flakes
    • For the Pink Sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Butter
    • 2 tablespoons Maida (all-purpose flour)
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
    • 3 tablespoons Pasta sauce
    • 2 teaspoon Schezwan sauce
    • 1 tablespoons Cheese grated
    Instructions
      Cook the Pasta
    1. In a saucepan, combine the water, salt, oil, and pasta. Give it a good stir and heat through.

    2. Sauté just al firm, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    3. Sauté the Vegetables
    4. In a huge frying pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. After adding, sauté the onions for one minute.

    5. Add the carrots, capsicum, and sweetcorn. Sauté for 2 minutes.

    6. Season with salt, mixed herbs, and chili flakes. Sauté on high heat for another minute. Remove from heat.

    7. Prepare the Pink Sauce
    8. In the same frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

    9. Add the maida and sauté for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Stir in the milk gradually until thoroughly blended.

    10. Stir in thyme, pasta sauce, and schezwan sauce. Cook until fragrant.

    12. Add the sautéed vegetables and cooked pasta to the pink sauce. Mix well.

    13. Stir in the grated cheese and adjust seasoning if needed.

    14. Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs or cheese if desired.

    • Use whatever type of pasta form that you like.
    • You can also add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach to the recipe.
    • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili flakes or schezwan sauce.
    • To make it a full supper, you may also add cooked chicken or shrimp.
    • If you don't have maida, you can use cornstarch instead. Just mix it with a little water before adding it to the pan.
    • You can also use store-bought pink sauce if you prefer.
