Primavera Stuffed Chicken is a delicious and healthy dish that combines the flavors of fresh vegetables with tender chicken breasts this recipe is not only easy to prepare, but it is also packed with protein enjoy the vibrant colors and fresh flavors of this delicious dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 Zucchini, cut into circular slices
  • 1 Tomato, cut into circular slices
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon Ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chicken spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • Olive oil for greasing
  • Cheese (for sprinkling)
Instructions
  1. Make slits in the chicken breasts to create spaces for stuffing.

  2. Marinate the chicken breasts with salt, ground pepper, chicken spices, and paprika. Rub the spices thoroughly into the chicken slices and let them sit for 15 minutes.

  3. Mix the yogurt and minced garlic together in a bowl until well combined.

  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread some olive oil on a baking dish.

  5. Spread the yogurt and garlic sauce over the chicken breasts.

  6. Stuff the slits in the chicken breasts with the halved zucchini and tomato slices.

  7. After preheating the oven, put the packed chicken breasts inside and bake for 25 minutes.

  8. Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle with cheese.

  9. Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes at 180°C (355°F).

  10. Once done, the chicken will be very tender thanks to the zucchini and tomatoes. Serve hot and enjoy.
