    Ingredients
    • Olive oil
    • 1 Onion chopped
    • 2 Chicken breasts cubed
    • 1 Carrot grated
    • Suneli thyme
    • Turmeric
    • Black pepper
    • 1 cup Basmati rice
    • 1 cup Water
    • Salt
    • 1 Pumpkin
    • Butter (appropriate amount)
    • Pumpkin oil
    Instructions
    1. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat.

    2. Add chopped onions and cook till translucent.

    3. Add the cubed chicken breasts to the pan and cook until they are lightly browned.

    4. Stir in the grated carrots, suneli thyme, turmeric, and black pepper.

    5. Pour in the basmati rice, followed by a cup of water. Add salt to taste.

    6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer until the water is fully absorbed and the rice is cooked.

    7. Cut the pumpkin, clean out the seeds, and press it well to remove excess moisture.

    8. Rub the pumpkin with an appropriate amount of butter and drizzle with pumpkin oil.

    9. Place the pumpkin in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) and bake for 35 minutes.

    10. Once baked, use the oil that comes out during baking as a flavorful drizzle over the pumpkin or the rice.
