    Ingredients
    • 1/2 cup Cooked quinoa
    • 1/2 cup Chopped lettuce
    • 2 Medium tomatoes diced
    • 1/2 Red bell pepper sliced
    • 1/2 Yellow bell pepper sliced
    • 1 Onion thinly sliced
    • 1 Small carrot thinly shaved
    • Sprig of dill chopped
    • Dressing
    • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Honey
    Instructions
    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red and yellow bell peppers, thinly sliced onion, and shaved carrot.

    2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and honey to make the dressing.

    3. Transfer the salad ingredients to the big mixing bowl and pour on the dressing.

    4. Till every component of the salad is equally covered with dressing, gently toss it.

    5. To allow the flavors to combine, let the salad sit for a few minutes.

    6. Before serving, scatter the chopped dill over the top. Enjoy your fresh and nutritious quinoa Salad.
