Sausage Potato Salad is a delightful dish that can be enjoyed in many ways its combination of hearty ingredients and zesty dressing makes it a favorite among families and at gatherings.

Ingredients
    For the Salad
  • 5 Medium-sized potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Sausage
  • 1 tablespoons Oil
  • 7 pickled Cucumbers sliced
  • 10 grams Fresh parsley chopped
  • For the Sauce
  • 2.5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme powder
Instructions
  1. Put five potatoes in a pot with water. Add a single teaspoon each of turmeric and salt to the saucepan. After draining the potatoes' water, allow them to roast.

  2. In a pan, heat some oil and fry 1 sausage until cooked through.

  3. Place the boiling potatoes in a serving bowl after cutting them into cubes.

  4. Add the cooked sausage to the bowl with the potatoes after slicing it.

  5. Chop 6 pickled cucumbers and 10 grams of fresh parsley, then add them to the bowl.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/3 teaspoon of red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of thyme powder.

  7. Stir the dressing well and pour it over the potato and sausage mixture in the serving bowl.

  8. To ensure that the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing, give everything a quick swirl.

  9. Your Sausage and potato salad is ready to be served and enjoyed.
