Simple Cabbage Salad are a delightful and versatile dish that can be enjoyed as a side dish they are known for their crunchy texture, vibrant colors, and refreshing taste whether you prefer a tangy vinaigrette or a creamy dressing, the possibilities are endless with this delightful salad.

Ingredients
  • 350 grams Baby cabbage
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Grated carrot
  • 1 Sweet pepper
  • Bunch of dill
  • 220 grams Cucumber
  • For the Dressing
  • 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons Mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoons Honey
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mash the baby cabbage with a pinch of salt.

  2. Add the grated carrot, sweet pepper, dill, and cucumber to the bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mustard seeds, honey, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice to make the dressing.

  4. After adding the dressing to the salad, thoroughly mix everything together.
