Ingredients
  • 200 grams Sour cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
  1. When using fresh cherries, wash and chop pieces. If you are using frozen cherries, allow them to thaw a bit.

  2. In a blender, combine tart cherries, milk, ice cream, and sugar.

  3. Mix on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape the sides of the blender to make sure everything is mixed well.

  4. If the milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.

  5. If it is too thin, you can add more ice cream or a few ice cubes and blend again.
