    Ingredients
    • 2 cup Water
    • 4 Cardamom pods
    • 2 Cinnamon sticks
    • 2 teaspoon Loose black tea
    • 2 cup Milk
    • 4 tablespoons Sugar
    Instructions
    1. Put the boiling water, cinnamon rocks, cardamom pods, and tea bags on a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

    2. After it reaches a boil, lower the flame or simmer for ten minutes or so.

    3. Dump the loose tea or spices after straining the tea solution into a heatproof basin.

    4. In the same saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and 1 cinnamon stick. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then turn off the heat.

    5. Remove the cinnamon stick and use a hand blender to froth the milk, if desired.

    6. Stir up the tea brew and put the milk back on a low flame. Stir well and allow to simmer until warm but not lumpy.
