Ingredients
  • 2 packs Enoki mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Korean fire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • Oil for cooking
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
  1. Cut the Enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the red pepper paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, Korean fire sauce (if using), water, and brown sugar to make the sauce.

  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Add the Enoki mushrooms to the pan and cook until they start to soften.

  4. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and stir to coat them evenly. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens up, a few minutes longer.
