    Ingredients
    • 300 grams Meat beef sliced thinly
    • 2 Cloves garlic minced
    • 30 grams Ginger grated
    • Salt to taste
    • Kingdom pepper
    • 1/2 Onion sliced
    • 1/2 Carrot thinly sliced
    • 1/2 Red pepper sliced
    • 200 grams Broccoli cut into small florets
    • 150 grams Pasta
    • 100 ml Water
    • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoons Sugar
    • 1 tablespoons Corn starch
    Instructions
    1. Slice the onion, carrot, and red pepper into thin strips. Cut the broccoli into small florets.

    2. Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    3. Season the meat with salt and kingdom pepper. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a little oil.

    4. Add the meat to the pan and cook until browned. Take out of the pan and place away.

    5. If necessary, add additional oil to that pan. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

    6. Add the sliced onion, carrot, and red pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

    7. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until tender but still crisp.

    8. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, and water. Stir well to dissolve the corn starch.

    9. Add the cooked meat back to the pan with the vegetables.

    10. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir everything together, letting it cook until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.

    11. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, toss to combine, and serve hot. Enjoy your stir-fried meat with vegetables and pasta
